Come on in, and welcome to our new home! After months of planning a move across the country, searching for a house in this increasingly challenging market, and anticipation, I cannot be more excited to invite you into our new home.

The tour represents a blank canvas, and over time, we will see it come to life. I’ll share with you the stories behind each room’s design, the inspiration that fuels my choices, and the little details that go into creating this home and truly living in it with intention.

I’ll share photos of the current state of the home (when it was almost complete) and the floor plan so you can really get a feel for it all. I’ll also walk you through my current ideas for each space, although over time, there’s no guarantee this won’t change.

So, let’s walk through the rooms and spaces that define a new beginning. I’m so happy you’re here!

This is the floor plan of our house. I thought it would be helpful so you can have a good idea of how things land when I’m sharing photos of the individual rooms and as projects come together.

The entry foyer is the best first impression. It has 10 1/2 foot ceilings and is a comfortable space for your guests to feel welcomed. I can’t wait to to bring this area to life.

This will be Leo’s office / whiskey collection room. It’s just off the front foyer and boasts great double doors.

As you make your way through the foyer you enter the main living space. It’s open concept so this one room is the kitchen, dining area and living space. The ceilings go up to 12 feet high!

This area is what sold me on the house. It’s so open and we can fit a really expansive dining table to host family and friends for dinner parties and holidays.

Across from the guest area is our primary bedroom. The ceilings are 11 feet high and it offers great natural light.

So, let me know what you think. Would you use the space differently?
